Stephen ORR

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Stephen Orr oversees ABL Industries’ development and operations, leading the establishment of the company’s MRO facility in Midparc, Casablanca. With over 30 years of aerospace experience, he previously held senior leadership roles at Bombardier Aerospace and Spirit AeroSystems, managing large-scale industrial projects and implementing Bombardier’s first unified Quality Management System. A longtime advocate for Morocco’s aerospace growth, he also serves as President of the British Chamber of Commerce in Morocco and is a board member of the Moroccan Aerospace Industries Association.

DONAL O SHEA

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Donal O Shea has over 25 years of experience in airline engineering, airworthiness, and aircraft leasing, bringing deep expertise in technical asset management and MRO oversight. Before joining ABL, he led Engineering and Asset Management at Avolon, managing a fleet of over 550 aircraft and overseeing technical programs for more than 140 airlines worldwide. His earlier career includes senior maintenance and engineering roles at Ryanair, CityJet (Air France subsidiary), CAE Parc Aviation, and Santos Dumont. At ABL Industries, Donal leads the company’s technical operations, ensuring that every process, repair, and inspection meets the highest standards of safety and precision.

Nabil Bard

MRO Lead Tech

Nabil joins ABL Industries as MRO Lead Tech with over 11 years of experience in the aeronautical industry, having built his career across production and aftermarket operations with a focus on engine nacelles and composite structure repairs for A320 and B737 aircraft. Rising from technician to lead role, he has developed deep expertise in the inspection, repair, and certification of aircraft components in compliance with FAA and EASA regulations, working with key maintenance data including CMMs, SRMs, ADs, and SBs. Nabil leads a team of technicians, manages repair operations end-to-end, and coordinates closely with engineering teams to deliver efficient, compliant solutions. His international training programs in Belfast and Dallas, combined with his ability to mentor new technicians, make him a reliable and results-driven leader, recognised for his strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and unwavering commitment to quality.

Nour Eddine Mostaadin

MRO Quality Inspector

Nour Eddine Mostaadin brings 9 years of experience in the aeronautic sector, with a background grounded in the adjustment and assembly of aircraft structures. Progressing from Structural Assembler to MRO Quality Inspector, he has developed advanced expertise in the inspection and release of aircraft components, ensuring full compliance with FAA and EASA regulations. He is proficient in key maintenance documentation, including CMMs, SRMs, ADs, SBs, and SLs, and conducts inspections across critical programmes such as Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 engine nacelles and A320 radomes. International experience gained in Belfast, Ireland, further sharpened his skills in structural assembly and quality inspection with certification responsibilities. His hands-on background, combined with strong command of quality measurement tools and MRO processes, enables him to consistently uphold the highest standards throughout every repair and production cycle.

Bouchra Kbabra

Logistics Responsible

Bouchra brings over 12 years of experience in the multinational aerospace industry, having built her career within leading global organisations including Bombardier and Spirit AeroSystems. Her expertise spans aircraft structure production, Part 145 MRO maintenance, and AOG support management, ensuring rapid response and minimal operational disruption. Trained in EASA and FAA airworthiness regulations and Safety Management Systems (SMS), she has successfully managed diverse customer portfolios, coordinated the follow-up of repair units in maintenance, and overseen aircraft parts procurement aligned with repair requirements. Her background extends to supplier management across a wide panel of international partners, SAP S/4HANA implementation, and continuous process improvement. She also holds audit training in ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards, reinforcing her commitment to quality and operational excellence. Bouchra is recognised for her structured, results-driven approach, strong leadership in customer support, and her ability to foster a collaborative, high-performance working environment.
